Mr. Lui is a member of the Hong Kong Institute Certified Public Accountants with practicing qualification. He obtained his degree of BBA (Hons) in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Lui he spent more than ten years with a major international CPA firms in Hong Kong. He has rich experience in providing auditing, corporate financing, internal control and compliance services to listed companies as well as multinational corporations.
Mr. Lui is the founder of UP CPA & Co., Certified Public Accountants (Practising) and Union Professional Limited. He leads the firm in providing professional services, including auditing, accounting, taxation, business restructuring and corporate finance services.
Mr. Lui has been providing auditing services to listed clients, such as New World Development Company Limited (0017), Shun Tak Holdings Limited (0242), Yanzhou Coal Mining Company (1171), and Hybrid Kinetic Group Ltd. (1188) and Cathay International Holdings Limited. He has rich knowledge of listing rules and management of listed companies.
He also provides auditing and taxation services to other sizable multinational corporations including Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Limited, China Civil Aviation Investment Group and Po Leung Kuk etc. In addition, he has much experience in cargo and shipping industry as he served clients like Tiger Group Investment Limited, Maple Leaf Shipping Limited and Great Horse Shipping Holdings Limited and etc. He is familiar with the hotel operations, logistics and transportation of the commodities in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in China.

Ken Sio

Mr. Sio is a member of Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant. He obtained his degree of BBA (Hons) in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Sio has worked for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Mazars CPA Limited. He has audit experience for more than eight years and familiar with audit, internal control and initial public offering in Hong Kong.

Mr. Sio has served many clients from different industries, and provided audit and taxation services to listed companies in Hong Kong. He also has rich experience in initial public offering projects and acts as reporting accountant for listing applicants. He currently is senior manager in UP CPA & Co.

Mr. Lam is a member of Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant. He has obtained his degree of BBA (Hons) in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Lam has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as Assurance Manager. He has audit experience for more than ten years and is familiar with audit, internal controls and initial public offering in Hong Kong.

Mr. Lam is also familiar with International Auditing Standards and US GAAP, providing professional statutory auditing and taxation services to a number of multinational corporations, including Global leader in eye care products; Worldwide manufacturer of sports equipment, accessories and footwear; American Fortune 500 corporation in engines manufacturing; Italian manufacturer, papermaker and product designer; Well-known chewing gum company; and world leading provider of transport solutions.

Mr. Lam also provided statutory audit and profits tax compliance services for sizeable private limited companies, non-profit organizations and regulated companies licensed under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance.
